Mohamed Salah made Premier League history in Liverpool’s 6-1 thrashing of Leeds United on Monday night.
Liverpool went into the game with Leeds on the back of five straight games without a win.
But two goals each from Salah and Diogo Jota and strikes from Cody Gakpo and Darwin Nunez ended the poor run.
Salah’s two goals were scored with his left foot on 39th and 64th minutes.
And according to football stats platform on Twitter, Squawka, the Egyptian has now scored more left-footed goals (107) than any other player in Premier League history, overtaking Liverpool legend Robbie Fowler.
The Reds remain in eight position on 47 points and are nine points from fourth spot in the league table.
