Former Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has revealed that Karim Benzema deserved to crowned with this year’s Ballo d’Or than any other player.
After winning the LaLiga and Champions League last season with Real, there is a momentum behind Benzema being awarded this year’s Ballon d’Or.
Zidane says: “His season? He doesn’t surprise me.

“It’s just continuity. I knew he was capable of what he does. He was very good all the time at Real.
“The only thing there is that he is just exceptional! If Benzema will be my successor to the Ballon d’Or? It’s not just me saying give it to him, it’s the whole world! It’s more than deserved.”
