Enugu Rangers boss Abdul Maikaba has confirmed that the Flying Antelopes were attacked by irate fans of Katsina united who started stoning the Rangers team after the visiting side’s 2-1 win against the home side at the Mohammad Dikko stadium in Katsina.
Maikaba speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the Rangers team were victim of success on matchday and condemn the action of the home supporters who perpetrated the act of hooliganism even going the extra mile of removing the window of the dressing room to pelt the players and Officials of the team with stones in the matchday 1 encounter.
