Holy Moses! Super Eagles Star Scores winner against Burnley - Brila

Victor Moses returned to the Chelsea Premier League starting line up with a bang as he scored the winner for the Blues in the 2-1 win over Burnley at Turf Moor on Thursday.

Moses was dropped to the bench for Chelsea’s Premier League game against Southampton last weekend. He would later play a cameo, coming on with four minutes left on the clock at St. Mary’s.

On this night though, the Nigeria international was involved in both of Chelsea’s goals; the first a cross that was intercepted and turned into the net by Burnley defender, Kevin Long.

The goal gave Chelsea the lead against the hard fighting Clarets.

His goal in the game – the third goal of the league season – came on 69 minutes to restore the lead for Antonio Conte’s men after Burnley drew level  through Ashley Barnes in minute 64.

That effort would also prove the winner, as the 27-year-old gave a good account on his 25th appearance of the season for Chelsea.

He also won the man of the match award.
