Samuel Chukwueze is expected to return to action for Serie A club AC Milan in the next few days after spending time on
the sidelines.
His return will be a timely boost for Nigeria ahead of their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
Chukwueze sustained the injury in Nigeria’s friendly against Saudi Arabia earlier this month.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport , the Nigeria international could be available for the Rooseneri’s home clash against Udinese or the UEFA Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain next week.
Chukwueze has missed AC Milan’s last three games across all competitions due to the injury.
The talented winger is yet to register a goal in seven league outings for Stefano Pioli’s side.
He joined AC Milan from LaLiga outfit, Villarreal in the summer.
