Copenhagen head coach Jess Thorup, says the signing of Akinkunmi Amoo will improve his squad.
The tactician added that the Nigerian midfielder is a big plus as he prepares the squad for the spring half of the Danish Superliga season.
Amoo joined the Danish giants in a 4.5 million Euro move from Hammarby FC of Sweden on January transfer deadline day.
The former Golden Eaglets star signed a contract that will keep him at the Club until 2026 and Thorpe believes, he would be a great asset for the club in future.
“Both in the short and long term, I am sure he will be a great asset to us,” says Thorup.
“He has an absolutely incredible athlete and can really put people off with his dribbles. He brings that degree of X-factor and a new threat into our offensive play, where we are going to have a lot of options to utilize.” He concluded.
