Super Eagles winger Moses Simon played crucial role in Nantes 4-1 win over Brest in French Ligue one game played at Stade Francis le Ble on Sunday.
Simon contributed a goal and assist to help boost his side fight against relegation.
Simon scored the goal in the 15th minute, before providing assist the assist for Nantes third goal scored by Imran Louza on 56 minutes.
The goal was Simon’s sixth goal in Ligue 1 this season and his third assist as well.
Ludovic Blas and Khalid Coulibaly are the other goalscorers for the Nantes, while Roman Faivre scored Brest’s consolation goal.
The win saw Nantes move out of the drop zone to 18th place (relegation play-off spot) on 34 points.
